We are a certified public accounting and business consulting firm licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Members of our professional staff include:

Phillip S. McCoy, Esq., CPA

Phil has been a certified public accountant since 1984. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1993. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche. He was tax manager at Arthur Andersen in Boston and worked for the Office of the District Counsel Internal Revenue Service- North Atlantic Region. Phil is certified in Financial Forensics and Business Valuation.

Phil earned a BS and Masters in Taxation at Bentley University and a JD - Suffolk University School of Law.

 

Linda MacArthur

Linda has more than 20 years of experience in tax compliance for individuals, corporations, partnership and non-profit tax returns. She was formally an assistant vice president at Shawmut Bank.

Linda is a graduate of Bryant & Stratton College and Bentley University management and accounting programs.

 

Jennifer Thompson, MBA

Jen has more than 10 years of experience in tax compliance for individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust tax returns. She was formerly a Finance Director at the Limited, Inc. and a manager at Gillette Corporation.

Jen earned her BS at Bentley University and her MBA at Northeastern University.

 

Amy Rivotto

Amy has 15 years experience in taxation. She was formerly a tax accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston and a tax director at Bank of Boston.

Amy earned her BS at Fairfield University

 

Terry Contardo

Terry has more than 10 years experience in tax administration and return processing. She is responsible for fulfillment of our tax services.
